ABOUT ME

Hi, my name is Mainak Dhar. I came into this world 28 years ago in India, and nine schools, seven cities, four countries and ten crushes later, find myself in Singapore, selling shampoos for a living. I love writing, and have just published my first novel- Flashpoint. I also occasionally write poems and short stories (you'll see some of them in Sunlight) and have co-authored two books on Economics (yes, I studied that along the way too).

I love: Individuality- being able to think my own thoughts, and do my own things; cats; making model aircraft; Thai food; video games; reading Roald Dahl.

I hate: Pretentious and politically correct people.
