MY POEMS@SUNLIGHT

A wise friend once told me many years ago `Say you write poetry in your spare time, and the chicks will be impressed'. Several years, and dozens of poems later, his theory stands utterly discredited. But along the way, I did get addicted to writing poetry. A business meeting, an airplane trip, or just sitting around on a lazy Sunday- you name the situation, and I'd probably have several poems written in each. Whether they are good or bad is entirely up to you to judge, but I find few better ways to get things off my chest than putting them into words. Here are some of them- have also marked my personal favourites. Do let me know what you think...

Intimations of Mortality            Stranger in a Strange Land            To the Romantic

The Slave                            The Eighth Deadly Sin                  Things Unsaid
